01 — Why this session
You can build a watertight case for why everyone on your team deserves more.
Your own case? Apparently requires further research.
You've been Exceeding Expectations™ for approximately 400 years and are beginning to wonder when the exceeding starts showing up in your bank account.
You rewrite the salary, promotion or boundary email 14 times so nobody could possibly mistake you for a woman who wants something.
And somewhere underneath all of that is a very clear knowing:
I want more. I just don't want to have to work even fucking harder to deserve it.
You probably don't need more proof. You're sitting on years of evidence — the things you've built, changed, solved, led, survived and made happen. You just might not be giving yourself full credit for any of it.
In this live session, we're going to change that. You'll build the beginnings of your own Casefile of Excellence: the receipts of what you've actually done, the problems you've solved and the value you already bring.
Not affirmations. Not a confidence pep talk. Not another list of things you need to fix about yourself. Evidence.
02 — In their words
I've watched women stop discounting what they bring — and start making very different decisions about what they're ready for.

More money. More opportunity. More freedom. More peace. Without giving more of yourself to get it.
03 — Your host
I'm Ruth Penfold — leadership coach, former Chief People Officer and founder of Bloom.
I've spent more than 25 years working in People and leadership, from Shazam through to the C-suite, and hundreds of hours coaching brilliant women through the moments where career, money, power and self-belief collide.
And I know this pattern personally.
I built a successful career by working hard, reading the room and becoming extraordinarily good at being who I thought people needed me to be. It worked. Until I realised I didn't want to keep succeeding that way.
My work now is about helping women create more money, opportunity, freedom and peace — without leaving themselves behind to get it.
